Aruba Blue & Silver Glitter Gradient
If I had to choose one television series to represent NYC, it would be Sex and the City. I love Sex and the City and would have marathons when I couldn't sleep. The nails I did tonight were inspired by a very important scene from the first movie. When Big proposed to Carrie with those gorgeous blue shoes.

Polka Dots & Glitter
I saw this mani on Pinterest and saved it so I could recreate it. Here is the original source.
The colors are so adorable together and I love my glittery silver nail.

Purple & Gold
These remind me of Mardi Gras. I love the way it looks.
I applied 2 coats of Essie Sexy Divide on all my nails. I used a small nail art brush to apply french tips with O.P.I Gwen Stefani Love Angel Music Baby.

Mermaid Nails
Mermaid nails inspired by Elleandish.
I applied 2 coats of Essie Mint Candy Apple for my base color.
The gradient was created with Essie Mint Candy Apple, Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Blue Me Away!, and Essie Aruba Blue.
Each nail was stamped with Mash plate #39 and Essie After School Boy Blazer.
I applied a very thin layer of Gwen Stefani O.P.I In True Stefani Fashion for a glittery touch.

Gwen Stefani O.P.I
I recently bought 4 new O.P.I nail polishes from the Gwen Stefani collection. I used 3 of them today.
I applied 2 coats of Gwen Stefani O.P.I Hey Baby. It is a bright pink creme polish. I layered 1 coat of Gwen Stefani O.P.I In True Stefani Fashion. It is a very dense silver and holographic glitter polish. My nails look like a bottle of glitter threw up on a hooker. I'm not sure whether that's a good thing or not.
On a more positive note, I applied 1 coat of Lay Down That Base with 2 coats of Gwen Stefani O.P.I Push And Shove on my ring fingers. It is a chrome mirror finish (no top coat needed). It looks like someone melted silver on my nails. So fabulous.
