Loreal Neons : Fluo Azur

Blue is one of those colors that can do no wrong in my eyes. I love all blues. Today we have Fluo Azur from the Loreal neons I bought recently.

As soon as I applied the first coat, the first thought that came to mind was: reminds me of Essie Butler Please. It was patchy and the formula was lacking. But then, the 2nd coat, oh my goodness, that 2nd coat was all I needed. 2 freaking coats! I didn't even need a top coat to smooth it over. It dries with a matte vinyl like finish, again much like Butler Please. I am in love with this color.
